Dr. Ed Schein returns back to the podcast, along with his son Peter, to talk about the recently released Second Edition of their book Humble Inquiry, Second Edition: The Gentle Art of Asking Instead of Telling. It's a book about asking questions--for sure. But it's a remarkably good book about how to have conversations--real conversations--instead of two people talking at each other.
